On-brand Quality Production

As one of the leading providers of dialysis in the country, U.S. Renal Care was a large and consistent client, often requiring a tight turn-around while still providing on-brand print and web materials. As a Design Fellow at Circa, providing consistent and quality brand stewardship was the most important aspect of this account. From email templates to print-ready materials for conferences, forming a relationship with the client contact allowed me to produce materials that always satisfied corporate offices.

IN THE BEGINNING:

As a brand with an already established brand identity and set guidelines, my main role on this project was to provide Brand Stewardship support. Print-ready materials from established templates were the primary requests. However, soon after my arrival at Circa we noticed that the original brand guidelines did not include coordinating PMS colors. Updating the brand guidelines to include these led to an overall refresh of the brand guidelines, which included collecting and prepping >700 logo files and >1000 icon files, and updating and clarifying existing brand documents and templates.

A clinic brochure, which was a common request for USRC. After updating the templates, each request required updating addresses, treatments offered, and sometimes switching out photos.
An e-vite created for a cocktail hour scheduled before COVID-19.

SHIFTING FOCUS:

At the onset of COVID 19, client requests began to shift. Though clinics remained open, new clinic openings, and clinic and corporate events were placed on hold. The client began to request more customized work, including new marketing campaign materials, logos, and more.

This logo was made after the outbreak of COVID-19, used on mostly internal projects to recognize the hard-work of clinical staff.
